After rumors regarding another helicopter crash and Meghalaya refusing to use Pawan Hans services many have started doubting Pawan Hans's aircrafts conditions and maintenance issues. Most of the crashes have taken place in areas prone to frequent bouts of weather disruptions so isnt it wrong to put the blame squarely on Pawan Hans when even the Indian Air Force suffers problems operating in the North East ?

i think the complete indian air force needs an overhaul because in the recent days there are many incidents of plane crashes during their exercises. moreover the services like pawan hans are not efficient as it can be seen from the incompetence due to crash landing of another helicopter. the officials are least bothered about keeping the services and utilities upgraded and in ready to utilize condition.
i agree, even indian air force needs renewal apart from the private companies with air services. indian air services are more prone to hazards these days, which could be due to maintenance problems. india suffers from harsh weather conditions most of the times at certain areas and air services should be ready to operate under such circumstances. there should be use of high standard technology

In my view all the technological stuff in India needs an overhaul because we have obsolete technology still prevailing at the present. The world has moved far away from where we stand in terms of innovation and technology. Due to such obsolete technologies and machines, we are witnessing loads of crash landings and mishaps during air exercises.
