Phalodi is a city situated in the district of Jodhpur and is also known as the "Salt City". The city is famous for street bazaars and sandstone mahals. It is also famous for temples and havelis. The city has a rich culture and is also famous for Jutis and glass bangles. The major tourist attractions of the city are Latiyal Mata Temple and Ramdevra temples. It is a desert destination and the best time to visit the place is between October and February as the summers are very harsh due to the desert area.
