Rajahmundry is known as the cultural capital of the state of Andhra Pradesh. The city is a heritage destination of India for its rich culture and history. Pushkaram is the major festival of the place which is held after every 12 years and this festival attracts a horde of tourists from all over the World. The place offers temples, museums, hills and bridges that interests the tourists. Markandeya Temple, Iskcon Temple, Kotilingeswara Temple, Sri Sarangadhareswara Swami Temple, Aryabhatta Science and Technology Society and Rallabandi Subbarao Government Museum are some of the major tourist attractions of the place.
