Should Indian cricket team reconsider the players list?

Indian cricket team has senior players like sachin tendulkar and virendar sehwag. But it has long been seen that they aren't performing consistently which eventually brings down the team's performance. I think we should encourage young players instead and cull of the players who do not deliver performance, irrespective of their seniority! what do you say?

Yes defintely...because there are a lot new cricketors who are really playing well.They should get a proper platform for polishing their talent and this would be the correct platform for them to polish their talent.Today in the IPL we witness a lot of new players playing for the various teams and they are doing outstanding so definitely the players list should be revised once again with new players.
