Should people be prisoned for child labor?

How many of you agree that people who practice child labor, send their children for work at the tender age and people who hire such people should be prisoned? I agree to this. People who hire children below the age of 18 must be prisoned behind bars. And who supply them should also not be spared. What do you think?

yes in my view they should be atleast fined high for what they are doing. because they recruit children for their small works so that they can pay them low and save money. these greedy people must be heftily fined so that they do not dare recruiting small kids and depriving them of their beautiful world which they should be enjoying in their age.

I agree that people who practice child labour or send their children to work should be prisond and also be given severe punsihment. It is really inhuman to let childern work especially in hazardous factory just to save some money and keeping them away from their rights. It is very necessary that laws should be more stern and more gravious punsihment should be given to the culprit.

Child labour is a crime which is punishable under law, however, despite of it people still employ children in factories and other industries. People who employ children as well as those who send the children to work should be severely punished. Employing children in factories and other places should be banned completely. It can be removed by law being more stringent, by creating awareness among the people who send their children to work in the factories or other households, by educating these people and also by creating job opportunities for the guardian of these children so that they can support their family and do not have to send their children to work.

Yes I totally agree that people who are involved should not only be prisoned but should be severely punished. Both the employer and the person who brings children below the age of majority as per Indian law should be punished in such a way that other people will fear to do such acts of disgrace. We basically need strong law making bodies as well as law protecting bodies in order to abolish child labor.

I agree with you that every person who employs a child below the age of 14 years should be imprisoned. It is violation of even the Fundamental rights of a child as the child who is employed in any industry or as a domestic helper is deprived of the right to education. Moreover, it is violation of even the labour laws. These people should be imprisoned and given severe punishment.
