Sify Broadband errors BB101 & BB108

Hello Friends

Its been an year and a half I am using the Sify Broadband. From the first month itself, I am getting this BB101/BB108 error.

Whenever I called to the Customer (don't) Care, they said 'there is a problem in local server'. The technicians told 'the machines are very old and have loose connections'.

what should I do ?
