Special Industrial Zones (SIZ) coming up

The Planning commission is pushing for SIZs or special industrial zones to provide good connectivity infrastructure and a common ground for providing growth to domestic industries. Also a special interest in infrastructure is being shown with it being the key growth area. Do you think setting up of Special Industrial Zones will increase the industrial output of our country and help push up the growth rate ?

this would definitely make a big difference to india as industries are struggling to get hold of good piece of land for their set up but there are problems in getting approvals. moreover the industries would get all the resources in a confined area which would be under monitoring of the government agencies, so this lessens the chances of any scams.
