Spices are an integral part of Indian Cuisines. Although, there is a wide variety of Indian cuisine that varies from culture to culture and place to place. However, seven common spices are used in preparing any authentic Indian cuisine. The seven spices that make Indian food mouth-watering and delicious are cumin seeds, mustard seed, red chilly pepper, cardamom, cinnamon, coriander seeds and turmeric. Without these seven spices no Indian delicacy is complete. What are the other spices that are used in preparing authentic Indian cuisines?
