Every girl has many dreams and aspirations for her new family and its members after getting married. Everything a girls comes into contact with; is completely new whether it is an atmosphere or the members of the family. And there a girl feels little bit anxious about the kind of attitudes and temperament of the family members she would be handling in the coming time ahead. It is not less than a boon for a girl if the new family makes her entirely comfortable and relaxed and moreover tries to understand her aspirations and feelings. None of the girl wants to subside her dreams after marriage, however she already prepares her mind to accommodate in the new family in every respect but still suppressing the dreams will not be a pleasing thing for her. After all she is too a human being who possesses some wishes, thus here the in-laws of the girl should become a supportive agent in order to comfy the girl in the new atmosphere. If the in-laws are empathetic and humble then they can also counsel and prepare their son to take care of the wishes and aspirations of the new bride/his wife. In our Indian society, however it is always the girl who has to make all the adjustments and sacrifices for the well being of the family but still showing empathy and humility is a humane gesture on the part of the in laws. Having a supportive in laws is indeed a delightful thing because then the girl can easily and comfortably express herself in the new family. When the in-laws treats the bride as "daughters" they receive much more regards, respect, compassion and obedience from the girl in return.
