Another blast outside Delhi's High court strikes terror and fear in people. This is another blow to the Indian government and Indian security agencies. Even the Intelligence services are down. I don't understand what's happening around as to why there are blasts after blasts. Even though recently Mumbai faced a terror attack, the security wasn't beefed up nor was the intelligence services improved. Why do the government officials fail to perform their duties why they do not fail to take their salaries on time?
