Tough stand on Italian Marines

After the killing of two Indian fishermen by the two Italian marines, they have been indicted under the local jurisdiction by the Indian court. Though Italian embassy has asked for an inquiry and probe into this issue, India has taken a tough stand and asked to hand over the two marines for judicial custody in India. What is your view on this issue? please share with us.
 
This is something we demand from India on every other issues as well, be it the china border issue or kashmir issue. We need serious and tough stands from the concerned authorities to show the world that we a hospitable and non-violent country but cannot tolerate extremism in any issue.
 
I agree with IamanINDIAN! India really needs to take such stand, be it the italians or the americans or any other nationals. We shouldn't portray ourselves a slack nation and liberal towards the culprits. Carrying on with such a attitude (tolerant), would only create hostile environment in India. We should adopt stricter policies and regulations to become a super power in this flattened world!
