Iran is trying to build up its nuclear arsenal from the scratch and this would help Iran to gain stability in terms of security. Israel would not attack unless thoroughly provoked, but if done, it could bomb Iran. However, Israel being smaller in size could take heavy damages from Iran's nuclear weapons hence it would need a protector, which is obviously the US. I think US would not conform to Israel's agenda on Iran because it has always got its own plans.
