Indian food is well known for its several benefits and some of the Indian food can help you in reducing the extra flab that you have gained. Some of the Indian food like white rice, curd, roti, lentils, etc. if included in your daily diet can be beneficial for you in reducing the extra weight that you have gained. Besides these, which are other Indian food that helps in reducing weight?
 
Sprouts and other snacks with all pulses in the evening with boiling and adding salt and green chilli paste helps reducing our hungry and keeps us healthy and fit too.
 
What are these lentils by which product these are made off...............................................
 
Best way to reduce weight is to avoid eating fatty food and avoid excess carbohydrates. Avoid eating Rice. Eat stuff made from Wheat instead of Rice, this cuts carbohydrates to a significant level. Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and avoid meat. Chillies burn excess of calories. So, in case you have taken excess carbs, eat chillies/pepper.
