Which is the best Air Conditioner?

Air conditioners were considered as luxury before but now a days it has become a necessity. There are several companies in the market today, selling Air Conditioners and people get confused regarding which air conditioner to buy. Hitachi, LG, Lloyds, Voltas, Godrej, Daikin, Videocon, etc are some of the common brands of air conditioners. My question to you is which is the best Air Conditioner?
 
HITACHI RAW511KTD model is the best. Air conditioners can be assessed based on the Energy Efficiency Ratio and other parameters based on Energy consumption given by Bureau of Energy Efficiency. Next best brand would be LG. There are other variants in HITACHI which offer even better energy efficiency.
