It is USA business Houses / US oil tycoon & their greed to make speedy money has ruined the global economy. India has become victim of economic crisis due to at random privatisation,globalisation and & dependency on US $. & US FII.
No foreign country shall make India reach by investing their money in India . It is Indian only who can change the destiny of this nation.If all NRI withdraw their investment from USA & Europe and reinvest in India , It is Rupee only shall command world business and not US $.

What shall the NRI invest in? What returns can they expect? What recourse do they have uin courts of law?

Yes, it is Indians who can change the destiny of this nation, but not by knee jerk reactions.
 
Who is responsible?

For economic turmoil, there are many factors that backed this situation. The negligence from our government’s side has lead to the absence of foresight and adequate economic policies that can fight the crisis. Secondly the money that government treasure holds is spend in most unwisely and illogical ways, giving plastic look to India, where the major issues are remain untouched. Then entirely depending on importing of goods from other nations and neglecting our endowment that is agriculture, mining of coals and small scale industry. But for increasing population and not using out voting power, the citizens of India are responsible.
 
firstly i think it is indian dependence on other nations which is responsible for economic crisis in india. secondly the government is not very keen on developing policies which are beneficial solely to india and its people. it is hardly investing anywhere in public sector. they are more keen on looting money rather than doing anything good for the people.
 
obviously it is the government for whom the blame should go. they are not devising proper strategies so that sectors like agriculture, education, can be improved. they are solely placing interest in big private companies from which high profits can be earned.
 
its the weak economists and corrupt government which does not allow indian economy to come up. if by chance any better policy is devised to improve the existing conditions, the politicians leave no space to let go of the money in right direction for development. instead they loot the money and so even if the policies are devised, they do not work!
 
i guess there are many factors starting from the government corruption to the population explosion are the main issues that are responsible for the economic crisis in india. If these problems are solved then more than half of the problem of the indian poor people are solved.
 
In my view its purely the Indian economists who are responsible for Economic crisis. Inspite of the fact that we have a great economic growth pace, majority of the people in India still suffer with economic crisis and issues like price rise, heavy taxation etc. Secondly i think the government is not optimally utilizing the taxes collected from the people which is leading to prevalence of same under-developed conditions of various sectors.
