Why indian politicians are so corrupt ?

Corruption in the Indian Political system is escalating and more and more politicians are indulging in corrupt activities. Corruption in our political system has become a big hurdle in the progress and development of the nation and with the politicians become more corrupt the essence of democracy has been lost.

Can anyone answer why Indian politicians are so corrupt?
 
Want of easy money is the main source of corruption and the politicians of India are corrupt because they get easy money. They indulge in corrupt activities to make more and more money at the cost of the people and nation. The feeling of Patriotism is lost and politicians are least bothered about the nation and to maintain their luxurious lifestyle they indulge in corruption. Another reason is people choose wrong politicians as well as most of the people do not vote. The extra power in the hands of these politicians are making them even more corrupt.
 
It is really sad but unfortunately all Indian politicians are corrupt. It is mainly due to lack of Nationalism and patriotism among these politicians. Now-a-days, politicians does not join politics because they love the nation or they want to serve the nation. They join only for pecuniary gains and in want of more and more money these politicians are becoming corrupt day by day.

the question is not why indian politicians are so corrupt. the question is why politicians worldwide are soo corrupt?
 
Every politician in the World is corrupt but their corruptions get overlooked because they also work for the progress and development of their nation but Indian politicians are only corrupt and they are interested in making money and filling up their own pockets. This is why they are more noticed. Moreover, Indian politicians do not love the nation and are selfish and this makes them more corrupt.
