Wife living with husband still she is able to get maintenence?

There are various doubts in the mind of people regarding maintenance. I would like to know whether wife who has been living with her husband since marriage and he takes care of all her needs and expenses, is the wife still eligible to claim maintenance under the provisions of law? If yes ,then under which section and if no then why?
 
There is no provision under any law of the land where a wife living with her husband and where the husband since marriage and he takes care of all her needs and expenses can claim for maintenance as she is already being maintained by her husband. Maintenance law is applicable only to those women who are divorced by their husbands or are separated and cannot maintain herself.
 
A wife who is living with her husband since marriage cannot claim for maintenance. Maintenance can only be claimed by those who are deserted by their husbands or are living separately or are divorced and those who cannot maintain herself. It is not applicable to those who are living with their husband and is properly maintained by their husbands.
 
If husband is maintaining her she will not get extra maintenance. There is no provision of law where a wife living with her husband and the husband takes care of wife all her needs and expenses can claim for maintenance. Maintenance law is applicable only to those women who live separately from her husband, are divorced by their husbands or are separated and cannot maintain herself.
