Will revoking AFSPA end Violence in Kashmir ?

There has been a constant pressure on Indian Government to revoke Armed Forces Special Powers Act from the violence hit Kashmir valley. But the Big question is will revoking AFSPA end violence in Kashmir ?
 
AFSPA is not the reason there is violence in kashmir. Basically violence in kashmir is a by product of cross border infiltration, funding of terror and acts of anarchy by elements opposing India's integrity.

If afspa is not the reason there is violence in kashmir, how can revoking AFSPA bring peace to the valley?
We should address the reason for disenchantment of kashmiris with the Indian nation state.
