Having food in small quantity every 2 hours rather than having a 3 times meal schedule. I keep it every 3 hours. Engaging in a Cardio activity like Swimming, Rnning or brisk walking .

thats because they get a VERY luxurious life here in India. their standard of living is raised 5 times just by shifting from some developed country to a developing country India.
