Laws are already there its just that we are unaware or unable to use to get justice for victims. There is also other aspect of this a good % of cases of molestation, dowry, rape, eve teasing, are false accusations by women to get cheap benefits or revenge. So, if laws are made more stringent...

I want to clear this contradiction.....in many threads people say that Indian women are very intelligent....then in few threads like this people say they are victims. If they see/hear so many examples of this NRI stuff.....why can't they check before getting married?????

Yup! women empowerment is more theoretical than practical.....I want to post a negative aspect of women empowerment. Many women who are financially strong (or belong to such family) and academically well qualified are availing benefits of all those sanctions, quotas, reservations, scholarships...

BJP declared this so "early"....I agree that it is every Indian's right to hoist National Flag but now this is sounding more political. If BJP leaders.....with low profile hoist flag on 26 January (today) no body would have objected but now it's like political stunt. Though, it is unfortunate...
