Anemia is a common problem seen special among the adolescent. Our bodies are made up of 2 types of blood cells, RBC known as the red blood cells and WBC known as the white blood cells. Red blood Cells or the RBC contains hemoglobin. In case of Anemia, the RBC count in the body decreases and hence the hemoglobin which results in severe weakness, fatigue, palpitation and also has a risk to life. The present life style that the people are leading is the root cause of anemia. Proper diet, adequate amount of intake of food that contains iron, green vegetables, vitamin supplements etc can be a solution to it. However, it is important to find out the root cause of the loss of hemoglobin and get it treated at an early stage.
