Most often Indian women are suffering from acute back pain problem. Every day the encounter with back pain and try harder to cope up with it while doing their basic chores. It is one of the most common but serious problems among the Indian women. Life for Indian women are quite busy and tiring since they have so much of work load that also leads them to become careless towards their own wellness. Walking, siting, lifting things in wrong postures might cause them serious muscular/back pain. Back pain as such can be caused due to various reasons such as muscle strain, sprain or slipped disc. Taking care of the sitting, walking and lifting postures can also help in avoiding the back pain.
