This beach is located around 2kms from the Colva, it is a fishing beach and popularly known for its peaceful and soothing environment. It is supposed to be an ideal place/beach for the tourists who are seeking peace and solace. It is said that Benaulim beach has been an undiscovered beaches of Goa although it is quite a busy beach due to being a fishing area but still many of the tourists are still unaware of it. This beach gets really crowded in the evenings because the tourists find the evening weather quite pleasant and rejuvenating. The beach has a huge number of locals and tourists on the weekends, far from the noisy and busy lives of the city, people find walking on the shoreline of this beach absolutely amazing. The best time to visit the beach is between October till March, one may also watch the bull fighting show at Benaulim Beach which is the most thrilling activity takes place at the beach. There are a number of hotels available at the beach which provides comfortable stay to the tourists and travellers.

One can just laze the day off soaking in the sun. It gives you the pleasure and satisfaction of being in Goa. Eating joints nearby offer you snacks and drinks as and when preferred and you don’t even have to bother about getting up from your comfort zone for such things because there are assistants roaming about through whom you can place the orders and the food or drink is brought to you where you are seated. Here you can simply lie on the sand and finally get up with a beautiful tan. Eating and drinking in huts, shacks and restaurants are the main nightlife of Benaulim beach. Enjoying loud music, drinking chill beer and parties can be seen at night. Benaulim beach still has the Portuguese influence.
