Buying House in India or Purchasing Property in India has become Difficult and Purchasing Process of buying real estate in India is Really Tiring.

To buy an office space in Dubai , Burj Khalifa (the tallest building in the world) is cheaper than to buy an office space at a prime location in Delhi. A few days ago this news was doing the round in media. To afford an office space or homes has become almost impossible for middle class people. A person has to be very rich or has to spend all the savings that he created throughout his life. Is it justified? Should the people live only to own a house? A person may have other aspirations in life too where he needs money. But at the present situation, if you want to own a house, you can’t think of anything else. You just have to spend all of your earnings to buy a house.

House is a basic necessity of life. People need a shelter to survive. But if the prices of the house continue to rise like this, people will have no choice. The prices of homes in India have become almost equal to that of United states of America. Whereas the purchasing power of money in India is much higher than that of America. What does it indicate?

Indian Government must have to intervene. The real estate builders should be regulated. The land owners , Property Dealers and Real estate agents should also be controlled. They should not be allowed by Government to increase the prices of land that they owe them. Otherwise it leads to an unaffordable Price of property.

Though India is still on a developing stage today but it is also true that owning a home in any city in India is one of the toughest decisions to make because of Price rise in India

India is a country of rich and poor both. Obviously a poor cannot dream of purchasing any asset for him but today even the rich people are finding it difficult to purchase a home for themselves.

It is a big requirement of today to strictly regulate the builders and all the concerned real estate authority, if we want to restrict this rise from further growing.

the prices in India of every commodity is soaring high. so is the case with constructing homes. Property prices in India have gone up very far from the reach of middle class, leaving the poorer sections way behind. owning a home has merely become a dream to the common man. government of India should do its best in controlling the prices and making lands available at cheaper costs.

it has become a dream to the common man to own a home in cities of india. with the property prices in india soaring sky high, people are left with nothing to do situation as the earning is no way sufficient to buy a home. indian government must device some policies to make lands and homes available to every class of people in the society. the number of homeless and hungry are increasing day by day
