Churu is a town situated amid the Thar desert of Rajasthan and is well known for housing several historical monuments like forts and beautiful havelis. The town is also known for its many Chhatris, which are beautiful dome shaped monuments created in honour of someone. The town is a desert town and also features some magnificent temples which attracts a lot of tourists from all over the World. The Kanhaiya lal Bagla ki Haweli and Surana Haweli with its hundred windows are the major attraction of the place and is well known for its rich cultural heritage. The town of Churu also features a 400 years old fort, which attracts a lot of historians and archeologists from around the World.
