I wish so many Indians turn their backs on this useless game, and we need more Olympians. Outsiders can scoff but do not forget India is a miracle land - anything can happen!:)
 
Also Cricket is a symbol of the colonial past, BTW polo is a Indian game.:)
With Cricket, many other sports are neglected so Indians need to do something about it. I have heard that the World's richest man is doing something regd this matter.:)
 
I was reading an article in Outlook India, about young boys commiting suicide becuase they could not make a career in cricket!!

It indeed is a destroyer, mainly because its Over hyped in India.

probably media should take things in their hands now.
 
Cricket is overhyped, and most of it is due to India winning 1983 WC and last 20-20 world cup. Here is the great news coming: England trashes India, India out of race. So I think at least for a few weeks cricket lovers will try to keep their cricketing genes in dormant phase. Government must put some efforts in upliftment of other games in India.
 
There are lot fans for the Cricket thats where it has become the main game in India.We should not just blame the game fot it.Think of improving other games than blaming the game.
I feel the publicity and organizing the event is the main issue due to which other games left behind we cant see other games been telicasted othere than DD and i belive no on watches DD. we can increas the fans for the game by doing this and we can disscuss on that matter than just blaming any game or its fan here

I think other game should learn from the BCCI in this matter.Take it positive way
 
too much.... CRICKET

so much of matches in a day or two between every country makes me yawn and so much of cricket makes viewer lost his interest in watching matches.
