Do you think women need to work ??

We all are aware about our population and unemployment rate. So, do you really think women need to work in spite of all their problems, harassing bosses, travel hiccups etc? Well just support your view.

I feel its not necessary for women to work, as they have got a lot to do as perfect homemakers. This is only my view..

As you all feel women are prone to sacrifices, why can't they do this sacrifice to reduce unemployment ?? :rolleyes:

well, if that what your views are...Its REALLY SHAMEFUL and WONT take you too far!!!

Every Woman has a right to be self dependent and independent like men.

And if you've forgotten, This COUNTRY had been and is being run by a Woman!!

I am glad that the outlook of men has changed towards working women, except few of course. and that Woman are given equal opportunities.

the fact should be applauded that Woman is Working, excelling in her job, Taking care of her parents, family, kids.

Even after the total modernization, its Really NOT easy to make it big for a woman in any sector to chose, but she struggles, some give up and make themselves happy thinking that "its not their cup of tea" , whereas some NEVER give up.

Woman has come a long way, and i think they is still LOT let for the men to learn from them and understand them.

This is abt women working .. not abt equal rights for women (I dont feel women can't be independent without working).
What actually do u mean by independent ?
U know one thing not even a single individual is independent. Everyone needs someones help at any point of time.
So, just dont think big.. just say OK to work or not
 
Why shouldnt they work?

Gone are the days when Men should get log for fire at the end of the day and then women will cook for him and serve him food!! though it still exist in some under developed regions.

But if a woman is equally educated as you are, have got the same wit as you do, in fact a little more, then why not?

its just some MCP's who'd like to take undue advantage of the woman on every opportunity.

Such an irony while most women from rural and poor background work to support their families, literate ones belonging to middle class keep debating on "Should women work". Sometimes lesser ones can teach us a lot. Isn't it? Freedom is not absolute by the way its the degree of freedom that matters.:cool:

Exactly, Freedom is NOT absolute, and tell me WHAT DEGREE of FREEDOM does these rural women get?

Again, all BECAUSE ITS STILL A MALE DOMINATED SOCIETY!!!
 
I am not against Women freedom...

What is she gonna loose if she is not working ? Hmm I dont think the workplaces in our country are safe enough. First improve them and then we can think abt females to work.

Sure then women must wait (They can watch Saas Bahu in the meantime) till its verified, certified and proved that workspaces in India are safe. By the way its the male who suffers most from violence in the society, why don't they complain so much I wonder.:cool:

and i HAVE NO IDEA how we (women) can CHANGE them !!

Perverted!!!, how come? men are the most sinful creatures on earth supressing and torturing women right? At this stage of life I am sure about one thing u r what u want yourself to be, nobody but you can change your destiny.:cool:

She might not get anything but women making chapatti are happy than the working women that's for sure as u dont get the feeling while making chapatti to ur loved ones in office while working:)

Change your thinking of "men are not safe" everything will change :mad:

All these things are MADE up just so that they stay at home!!!

Just because i change my thinking, Does NOT mean even MEN will change..Some of them ARe Perverted and you gotta accept that.

And what about women? Do all women come directly from heaven with their hearts filled with no sin? DOn't women do bad things to society and family? If you think no I will revert back with real life examples. :)
 
I am sure he will give you real example i am just telling you look around you will get many example
let me tell you
All men are not bad and all women are also not good so its common where u find good there will be bit bad also involved and thinking only becouse of men this society is bad is completly wrong hope you will understand one day :)
 
Hmm.. I feel

Men and Women are equally bad as they are good. Its all the situation that decides ones character. Hence, I cant agree that all women are good. Now, I basically don't understand what exactly do the women loose by staying at home and taking care of their families. Is that a sin ? In our existing working conditions, its not at all safe/good for them to work. We cannot compare ourselves with developed countries where they have a high level of security and infrastructure. Moreover, I personally feel Women shouldnt be stressed by things like work as they already have some problems specific to them, by which they are stressed more.
 
Economic Independence

There is nothing wrong with women earning bread and butter for the family, it makes family safer during crisis (imagine what will happen to a family if the sole provider dies/gets disabled) and makes women (and therefore children) less susceptable to domestic violence, men must change and take some burden of running the household.
