Do you think women need to work ??

Thats cool

At times of trouble it helps. But see American society, how it got ruined now. People get fooled by things like women independence and just because of this fact, the americans lost their culture. Now some of them realise the importance of their home making. I dont want my country to get to that worse.
 
American family life is going down drains, just goto any family forum, you get a glimpse of real american family dynamics where mothers don't feel shame in doing business with their children. Everything is being run on the basis of "Asset & Liability" and "Marginal Utility" theories.

Yes, women need to work. Though house keeping preoccupies their top priority, they have to go to work. The duration of working hours has to be selected by the individual member, since it varies from person to person based on their health, attitude and motivation, priorities,family environments and circumstances and many other factors not envisaged here. Another factor is an idle mind is said to be devils workshop and so one must be preoccupied always.Next one is every one has to contribute, the magnitude and intensity do not come into picture. Even if it is very little that will do, because later on it will get snowballing effect which is beyond the scope of mine. Finally any particular woman should have inclination to work, it can not be superimposed, I THNK IT IS ENOUGH for the time being

I Think They Should

Going through this post i feel myself in a situation where i am forced not to work and be at home all the time.

I dont think we men can live with it, so i think we should not be doing it to others also.

I agree independence brings in problems too but not in all cases. A lot of other things come into play here say Office Environment, Your cultural values, Your personal relationships ........

Moreover females are nowhere less than we guys these days. They get professional qualifications, they are smart, they have every ingredient of being a good professional so why deprive them of this basic right.

While we are looking out, we Men want a woman who is educated, Smart, sexy and the list goes on and on!

The degrees that women toil to earn - are they to be framed and hanged on walls?:(

Being independent has revolutionized women in a great way & this should continue.

No woman should depend on a man for their livelihood. Everyone should have the right to be independent. They have the right to work.

Working women are also generating employment. Many companies are owned by the women.
 
why not? if they see they can work, then there shouldnt be any problem. the choice should be open for every woman, not everyone is the same and it should be personal decision.

Women working is not about westernization as you put it. Its simply about an individual realizing that they have potential to do a lot more than just household work. Women need to work as they owe it to the society and more importantly to themselves to make their life as worthy as is a working man's.
 
YEs ofcourse in today's scenario women should work for their life.. they work to support their families.. they should be self dependent and must not rely on anyone for a single penny..
 
If woman is poor, then woman need to work. If Woman is rich, then woman don't need to work. It is that simple. :)

Of course, there is no doubt in that Indian women needs to work. It gives a self confidence to any girl. Working has now become very important for any girl to fight with any circumstances in life. accidents do not inform before coming they just happen. SO a girl should be educated enough to face those accidents in life at any time in her life. Working women not only gets confidence to fight the evils of society as well as she runs her life and basic needs smoothly.
