Robert Vadra, the son-in law of Sonia Gandhi, is alleged of corruption charges by social activist Arvind Kejriwal and Prashant Bhushan. Vadra was given unsecured and interest free loan of Rs. 65 crore by DLF and has acquired atleast 31 properties in three states between the year 2007 and 2010.

What do you think? Does the arrangement between Robert Vadra and DLF break the laws of the land? Can any company give interest free and unsecured loan to any individual?

The National Son-in-law has been alleged of corruption charges and this is a matter of shame that a person from such a reputed family of India is involved in corruption. However, the documents of the transaction between DLF and Vadra are all in public domain and more over it was advance for land and not given as loan. However, it is a common practice in Real estate business to give advances which are usually unsecured and interest free so it is not breaking of any law of the land.
