Usually, the reservation system is a nightmare to the general category students and government job seeking candidates. Although it provides some benefits to the backward and scheduled class people, it does to an extent create polarized society where people still talk about castes. Do you think we should move on to a classless and reservation-less system wherein everyone gets a fair deal?

Yes indeed we should move on to a classless and reservation-less system wherein everyone gets a fair deal. I completely agree with you that the reservation system is creating polarization in the society. The caste system still prevails in India and this is diving the people among themselves and also creating hatred for people belonging to the backward classes as there exist no fair deal and bright students are deprived of their rights.

Reservation system is a curse to the Indian society. The concept of reservation was protected in the Constitution to let the supposed underprivileged classes to come at par with the supposed fortunate ones. The Constitution of India permitted this sort of positive discrimination in order to bring about equality of opportunity and status in the society. However, this positive discrimination has become a curse for the Indian society as it is creating a huge wall between the people, creating more discrimination. It is thus definitely creating polarization in the society.

Reservation system was introduced in India in order to bring the backward class at par par with the rest of people. However, this system has become a bane for the whole nation as this is creating differences as well as hatred among the people. The reservation system that exist in Government jobs and education system has mostly deprived deserving candidates who does not have quota.
