Many critics have said that the treasury of Gujarat state has insufficient funds so much so that even paying salaries to Government employees is becoming increasingly difficult. It is the duty of the government to keep a track record on the funds which are coming and going and should catch the mediators who are involved in the scams so that at least people who are working hard should get their salary and appropriate one at time.
