Hanging of Terrorist Kasab

Though the court has pronounced the verdict, we may have to wait for another year to see Kasab hanging. We expect that it will not be an episode like Afzal Guru. We need a fast trial where the enemies of our country and the enemies of humanity can be given exemplary punishment. Such trial must be completed at the least possible time and all people directly or indirectly involved with the crime should be severely punished.

India needs to know that keeping Kasab alive may lead to another Kandahar like incident. As the involvement of Pakistan in this attack in confirmed, there is no point for keeping him alive spending crores of Rupees of our country.

We are surprised to see that some people started celebrating when Kasab was pronounced death. But there is nothing to celebrate unless the master minds involved in this attack are hanged. Kasab was just working like a robot. Yet his punishment will send a strong message to the masterminds sitting in Pakistan. India will have to take serious actions against the organizations and individuals who dare to commit such heinous crimes. The days of deplore are over. India must have to hit at the root.

Our Police and agencies could only catch one person (that's fine) but he was just a soldier of a huge empire and would the devil king of the empire or his ministers would worry about it?

yes offcoure justice is done but the main question goes unanswered as What is the solution or this endemic terrorism? Killing Kasab or strengthening our police and agencies or something humanitarian?

Based upon the available Intel, and those captured from the conversations of the terrorists on Satellite phone, plus Kasab's statement - all those who masterminded the 26/11 attacks have been named in the dossier handed over by India to Pakistan.

Is law for everyone?

India promises that every one will get proper and equal rights to enjoy the law. Laws are made to protect the people from different illegal. There are many poor people who cannot enjoy the same law as enjoyed by the rich people. Most of the time they get nothing but misjudgments and they have to deal with their own problem.

We all have got to know the tolerance level of the Indian judicial system. The world has accepted the fact and we have set an example…done. Now it’s time that we finish off with the thing and it’s only possible by finishing off Kasab. If we don’t award him for the crime he has committed early enough we can witness another Kandahar. We surely don’t want it.

it is ironic that indian government is having to wait another year just to execute the decision given by the court. are the judicial proceedings so inefficient and lame that to execute the most extreme culprit it is taking a year to hang him. we need to be quick in proceedings and the judiciary system need to realize this with open senses!!! we are lagging in judicial standards its a fact which we need to change

it has been a lot of time that there is hanging of terrorist kasab. how many days more will the government choose to make him eat our food and let him live on our land inspite of being already sentenced to death. i think some of the government officials are mixed with pakistani people who want to save him or it may be that our judicial system is incompetent to execute things

Article 14-18 of the Indian Constitution provides for Right to Equality. However, the question arises does the Indian government treats every citizen equally? In my view it is not so. The Government is delaying the hanging of Kasab devoid of any justified ground and spending ample amount of wealth from the national treasury. How far is it justifiable? This proves the incompetency of the Indian Judiciary system.
