India You must have heard the proverb health is wealth. It does mean a lot to quite a many people. Few people think that they can live happily if they just have the wealth. But in reality health is the real wealth. It is true that we need to recover from bad health but considering the case where we spoil our health for wealth, the proverb sounds apt.

In today’s world there is tremendous work load and pressures from various sections of our lives. In such a life style it is necessary to maintain good health so as to keep working. Ignoring health for earning money can lead to serious damages to your health.

A healthy and fit person is always happy and positive about life. So one should try to as healthy as possible even in odd conditions.

Here are some of the tips to stay healthy :

Eat healthy Food : Mostly our health condition depends on the kind of diet we take in. Eating fresh fruits and lots of vegetables help fight infections. Eating fruits also provides various vitamins and minerals and this helps in maintaining optimum body functioning.

Exercise Regularly
: Doing regular exercises can help you stay healthy. It helps to keep your mind active and increases concentration. So you perform better in a whole day run.

Think positive : Being positive about life helps a lot to fight stress. This helps you get along all the odds of life and keeps you mentally stable.

Quit smoking and Alcohol : Many people in this trendy lifestyle take up such activities. But these affect drastically your health. Smoking causes many lung disorders and Drinking damages liver. So avoiding such activities helps you stay healthy.

Following such tips of staying healthy will definitely help in long run of life and helps in fighting all the odds of life.

i completely agree to what has been posted here, only the implementation step is remaining. i plan to implement all this in my life at the earliest possible time to ensure healthy and long living.

Since immemorial times, the practice of waking up in the morning has been indulged into Indian characters. But this generation is paying more attention to the accumulation of wealth and profit, while it fails to understand that it is their body or health which would be their sole mate in attaining those successes. In the covetousness of success, they forget to take care of their fitness which in turn shatters their future dreams. If an individual is found to be physically, mentally and socially fit, there is no force in this universe which can abstain him from achieving his goals. Considering the present scenario, mental illness is dominant over physical and social illness. The chunks of today, are literally living in the “caves of aberrations”. They neither do have any control on themselves nor any kind of stability in their lives. They are more being distracted towards the articate style of living which is temporary in nature. So, the soul remedy to this disorder is changing their way of living and following the simplified rules of living, as was once in the golden times.
 
Life is a gift and we must preserve it by whatever means we get. Health likewise is a means which requires maintenance, contrast to which is likely to attract not only frequent medical assistance but also diminishing regard for life. So in case if you're busy earning money and take your health for granted, always remember that money will never be your permanent better-half.

Life will seem fulfilling even on one's deathbed when they can picture themselves and smile about what they visualize - about what they have to share with others, about complete relationships and about a good health that brought smile to everyone. Don't make life only about stuff.
 
It might sound silly to take care of health while we have lot of wealth to treat our sickness or diseases. Wealth is just a medium to live in luxury. Wealth in no way can help maintain your health to live a peaceful life. A wealthy man can buy a treadmill to burn his calories. He still needs to take even more efforts to gain results.
But a wise man would definitely realise that health is more important to survive, not wealth. No one can survive a deadly disease happily or die peacefully of a serious illness just because he/she has money. We must keep ourselves engaged with healthy thoughts; regular exercises and walk would help us to remain healthy.
