How can India deal with the Global economic crisis?

The Global Economic crisis has become a major concern for the entire world and India is no exception to India. According to the industrialists, the present condition of the World economy is not favourable for India’s growth and development and it is important that the present economic policies needs to be reformed in order to tackle the unfavorable conditions that are forthcoming due to the present Global economic crisis. But the question is how can we deal with the Global economic crisis and stop the forthcoming problems that India might face due to it? Do suggest ways to deal with it.

India is a major purchase power in the world and this is the reason why Indian Rupee value is low and so is our GDP. Getting more technology and encouraging Small Scale Manufacturers is one thing which India could do. For instance, take a look at china, its economy is majorly supported by Small scale manufacturers. So can ours be!

i completely agree with you regarding this that India should concentrate more on encouraging small scale industries if the nation wants to deal with the global economic crisis. By doing so, India can actually progress. I also agree that India should consider the aspect of increasing and improving the production capability instead of being one of the foremost purchase power of the World.

India have survived the global economic crisis before and recession did not have much impact on India and this is because of the fundamentally strong economy of our nation. However, I agree that giving priority to small scale businesses and industries will definitely help in India's productive power and will also help India to survive the on-going global economic crisis.

However, Government should encourage people to invest and become self- dependent and I agree that government should provide loans to those who want to start their business but should make sure that people should return the loan on time.
