How do you deal with egoistic female bosses?

Women are so dominating and get jealous so easily.I feel men make better bosses then women! What do you ladies think?
 
I don't think so, having women in workspace usually benefits company to a great extent, particularly in Administrative jobs, they can easily manipulate sobordinates to do their wits, also office environment gets better. Also they are good at documentation and getting things done.

I want you to GET OVER that Prejudice that women are GOOD for Administrative jobs!!!

yes women are GOOD for Administrative jobs
you can see every home is managed by women only :)
but i will agree that they are not only good at Administrative they are good in everything it just depends on that person
 
Women are definitely good at administrative jobs because of the fact that they are more serious and sincere with work and this is a proved fact. Women are capable of managing their subordinates better than men. Some women are dominating and do get jealous easily but this cannot be generalized with all women. Women are more punctual than men and are strict regarding work and this makes them better bosses.
