How safe is CNG gas?

How safe the CNG gas is? Can anyone tell me more about the CNG gas as I am planning to switch on to the CNG kit in my Car. I have heard that the CNG gas is not good for cars and spoil the engines life.
 
CNG is pretty much safer than any other fuels but the only drawback it holds is that the tank installed to store the fuel takes a lot of space, for example the trunk of the car may be used up by the tank and you cannot use that space for other purpose. and coming to its advantages, the fuel is cheaper, the vehicle gets less repairing work during its life, the engine oil gets increased life, and the emissions are less compared to that of diesel or petrol.
 
A CNG gas does damage the life of engine. Another disadvantage with CNG are very few stations and requires specialized tank and occupies space. But the advantages are very good enough to use. First is it is very low of cost next is reduces emissions
 
One of my friend said, CNG gas does damage the engine. I’m afraid after he said to me. Why because this is first car and I don’t want my first car get into garage very soon. So please anyone explain much things about CNG gas except the advantages and disadvantages
 
CNG gas is quite safe but everything has its ifs and buts. CNG gas kit usually get installed in the cars that you want the CNG gas in. Generally cabs on call use CNG kits as it saves them hell lot of money and they are using it completely for their business purposes. There is no doubt that the life of engine becomes less due to these CNG kits but still the remuneration part is quite strong and it cover up all the money. Because of the increasing rates of diesel and petrol people are focusing more on CNG kits and getting it installed in their cars.
 
CNG Gas is not only safe but also decreases pollution and keeps the environment clean. It is also available in abundance, low-cost, domestically produced fuel for motor vehicles. CNG is safe for 2 reasons and they are the properties of the fuel itself and the integrity of the natural gas vehicle and its fuel delivery system. In my opinion, every motor vehicle should be run on CNG as it also reduce the increasing pollution.
 
CNG is the safest among all fuel and is also environment friendly. In my opinion, CNG Gas should be used by everyone in their vehicles as it will help in reducing the increasing air pollution in the country. CNG Gas is not only safe but is also low-cost as compared to other fuels. So, it is better to use CNG Gas as it is affordable, environment friendly and is the safest one as well.
