For women working in small and medium scale enterprises, it is more than mandatory to make their presence felt in almost all the social networks. How many social networks are you a member of? and how do you use them without affecting your productivity @ work?

I am associated with only one NGO and We work together as a team.. Most of the time we spend in serving people and see that girls are getting proper edcution .. we distribute books to poor children and try to solve their queries related to AIDS and other big diseases..

Social networks are a boon for everyone whether it is for a women working in small and medium scale enterprises or a big organization. Everyone wants to make their presence felt through social networks. It also helps them get in touch with people in their own respective field and increase their knowledge. It can be used during off time or after the working hours are over this will not hamper the productivity as well as help them grow their network.
