'India will be the biggest superpower'

The man in question, Clyde Prestowitz, president of the think tank Economic Strategy Institute and one of America's top foreign trade experts, was a counselor to the secretary of commerce in the first Ronald Reagan administration.

You have written that India will overtake the US in 45 years.

It is going to be India's century. India is going to be the biggest economy in the world. It is going to be the biggest superpower of the 21st century.

You are confident about that?

I am sure that one day India will become the greatest superpower. India has developed into an important nation of the World and have developed remarkably in various sectors. India is soon to become a superpower and this will be possible only with a little reformation of the present economic policies and removing corruption that exist. A social reformation as well as a good leader in politics can make India the greatest superpower as it has the potential to become one.
 
India will definitely become the greatest superpower as it has developed remarkably and is one of the fastest growing economies of the World. India is developing fast in every sector and will definitely take over US very soon. India is the 2nd largest software developing countries of the world after US and ranks 3rd in the telecom sector after US and China and this makes it evident that India will soon become a superpower.
