Indian Judicial system is the interpreter of laws made by the legislature and provides judgments on the basis of these laws. However, the judiciary must act independently without any pressure. The main problem that the Indian judicial system has is the delay in in the disposal of cases which leads to accumulation of more and more case and this results in further delay. The legal procedure is so lengthy that it cannot dispose of a case early. Moreover, the management of the Courts should be modernized. Another challenge that is faced by the Indian legal system is the lack of judges.
