Jhalong lies on the bank of river Jaldhaka on the India-Bhutan border and is known for its picturesque. Jhalong is a small village in Kalimpong in the Darjeeling district in West Bengal. The village has a hydroelectric project on the river which attracts a horde of travelers in and around the place.
