One of the most famous National parks of India, Kaziranga National Park is located in Assam which harbors thick forest and variety of animal species. It is home to the one horned Rhino which is a endangered species and is indigenous to India. Apart from this you can also find barasingha, the wild buffaloes, hogs, tigers, elephants, leopards and huge variety of birds.

The best time to visit the park would be from October to March.

Nearest town to access the park is Jorhat which is about 23 kms away from it.
