Right to information is guaranteed by the government on the papers. So why not use it? You must know and get answers for the trouble that you are facing in some king of service. We pay all the taxes and the fees so the government is liable to answer us. Spread awareness about RTI and may be the system will work better and more efficient due to increased pressure.

The RTI act is designed to the common man to know and understand the functions and the parameter, under which the government works. The RTI is to educate the people of India, since it is very difficult to know about the working criteria of any governmental sector, and apart from RTI there is no other solution or help for the common man to understand these aspects. So, why it is not being made available to people? When it is designed for the people only!
