One of the main problem that women faces is the security of her being safe.. when she goes on work she has to face the devil eyes of many men in her way to the office... then she has to bear the shameless eyes of her collegues.. it seems due to the unhealthy work atmosphere she can't do her work with full satisfaction..

Yes, it has become a big problem today for the women to work in a clean atmosphere without any obstacles.

There are many different problems that a women face at the working place but one of the most severe problems is molestation.

I don't know when these men will understand that women is such a beautiful creation of god who should be given utmost respect possible.

Women usually face many problems at work stations. the major problem they face is the teasing environment from their colleagues. If women is not married or even married she have to face the teasing comments from their male counterparts and if you are single then you will get many indecent proposals as well. This is the main problem that girls, women and even divorces faces a lot many times where ever they go.
