It started off with Maruti 800 in 1983 which became the most selling car in India during its period. The company sells best cars for Indian terrains with optimal mileage and good durability. Maruti Suzuki is the top most and best selling car brand in India! Most of the Indians, especially in the rural areas recognize cars only by the name Maruti because Maruti 800 was launched quite early which revolutionized the Indian car industry. The car became a grand success due to it's affordable pricing and it's compact nature. Maruti still sticks to it's natural flair of producing compact cars, like the Swift and Ritz.
