What the government requires is the good number of researchers who can devote their time in researching the hidden prospects and better options for the allocation of human resources and better solutions for the problems faced by it in many facets. But in the present time the number of entrants for Research studies has reduced gradually. Where the education and the whole system is getting globalized and commercialized, young people see a good scope in other professions rather than spending their major time in doing research work. There is a need to increase the number of researchers in India so that government can have a better functioning of all its aspects and categories. In fact the government should provide alluring offers and incentives to the candidates who choose to opt for research studies.
