Panchmarhi, formally known as Panchmarhi Cantonment is a famous hill station located in the state of Madhya Pradesh at an altitude of 1067 ft. Panchmarhi is situated in the Satpura Range and is known as the Queen of Satpura Ranges. Being a hill station, the place is bestowed with majestic natural beauty. The place is inhabited by Gonds and the Korkus tribes. The place is a perfect honeymoon destination and the places for sightseeing include Satpura National Park, Jata Shankar cave, Pandav caves, Fairy Pool and Big Falls.
