The political scenario of India has changed a lot in recent years. The recent years saw the introduction of several new political parties which have made the sector of politics highly competitive. Andhra Pradesh politics has been a major talking point in recent months. The issue of a separate state of Telengana have become a very serious issue in South India Region. In general the political scenario of Andhra Pradesh has been very much constructive in nature.

The state of Andhra Pradesh is considered as one of the most developed states that India has to offer. The main highlight was the development and industrialization of Hyderabad. In just a few years, the city of Hyderabad has become one of the most interesting and developed cities in India. The land hosts some of the greatest corporate giants. This has increased the revenue of the government by a huge extent. However, the turmoil which is disturbing the political harmony of the state has to b the Telengana issue. The regional parties are for the issue, whereas, the central is completely against the movement. This issue has become so very critical, that it is affecting the overall development of the state in several ways. The best part about the political situation in Andhra Pradesh is that there is a sense of coexistence among all political parties.

It has been seen in several cases, that in cases of emergency, the political parties do keep aside their differences. This factor is extremely essential for a state to develop. The literacy rate in the state is good, especially when compared to some other states of India. The political system is very much attached to the common people of Andhra Pradesh. It can be said that in general, the political situation in Andhra Pradesh is comfortable except for the Telengana issue.

Andhra Pradesh is currently being well governed by the congress with mr.rosaiah as the chief minister. He overtook mr. rajshekhar reddy after his tragic death. However the opposition telugu desam party is strong as its being led by mr. Chandra babu naidu. There are certain conflicts in the state over the telangana issue as the people of that region are seeking a separate state.

presently andhra is seeing fluctuations in the politics as parties are striving hard to come into power. the reason behind this is that there are many regional parties coming up such as praja rajyam and now even jagan is trying to come into power and so there is lot of turbulence in the andhra politics.

Jayaprakash narayan Attacked by TRS worker in Assembly

Jayaprakash Narayan , president of Lok Satta party - a social watch dog turned political party with an intention to bring change into the society, was attacked physically on the premises of Andhra Pradesh legislative assembly. It is an... act of inhumane, barbaric nature with a total dislodgement of ones civic senses and respect to constitution we built.

Being one of the few politicians with civic sense, when expressed his anguish over the events that happened in the state assembly to disrupt Governer Narasimhan's budget speech and the total disrespect shown by some of the legislative members, he was attacked physically and abused with filth by two fellow MLAs of TRS party.

What is most disturbing of all is the justification of the act by the MLAs as an act to support telangana statehood movement. Even the people who sacrificed their lives for the statehood demand would feel ashamed by this, when their names were taken as a justification for this shameful act.

I sometimes cant believe that we are all from the same country which fought unitedly for its freedom with a man who once said “I object to violence because when it appears to do good, the good is only temporary; the evil it does is permanent. (Mahatma Gandhi)” and fought his entire life living by it.

the politics of andhra is quite happening all the time because there are many opposition parities which compete with each other. Telugu desam party and praja rajyam are the two major contenders. however the bjp also good opposition but not as much as others. on the whole i think andhra has got a good sense of politics going on.
