Sedan Cars vs Hatchback Cars

Sedan and hatchbacks are the most commonly available car types in India and therefore one might get confused while choosing between the two. Here are few points to tell them apart.

Hatchbacks: These type of cars are shorter in length and have rear passenger seating combined with the cargo area. The passenger seats, in some, can be folded to increase the cargo space. Some of the hatchbacks available in India are : Maruti swift, Skoda Fabia, Ford Fusion, and Hyundai i20.

Sedans: These type of cars are longer in lengths and have different compartment for rear passenger seating and cargo space. Some of the sedans available in India are: Tata Manza, Maruti Swift Dzire, and Hyundai Accent.

I would suggest hatchback because there are more advantages on the side of hatchbacks than on the side of sedans. There are wide varieties in hatchbacks to choose from. Moreover hatchbacks offer you more cargo space and are more fuel efficient than sedan class cars. Sedan can be only preferred if one wants to go for big cars with great looks.
