A journey through the Himalayas is a must for every visitor to explore the 5000 year old history of the Indian civilization. It is a spiritual journey that transforms you forever. You will feel peace in the lap of himalayas and also go for the adventurous sports. Ski, trek and eat in the snow. The Snow clad mountains of Himachal Pradesh and Uttaranchal are famous for skiing and a heaven for trekkers. The local tribal cuisine is also relished by many.

The great Himalayas are the long chains of mountain peaks which run along the northern India. These offer very beautiful scenic views and are the major source of tourist attraction. The Himalayas studded with snow harbor altogether a different kind of biodiversity. The plants and animals are different from those found in the plains and plateaus of rest of the indian region. Moreover, recently a new national park has been created by the name Great Himalayan National park which harbors huge variety of flora and fauna.
