The Meth-When a Lie Takes Away by Tanmany Kulshrestha is a new novel which tells the story of about Arush and Trisha, who though they love each other, fall victim to the trap of the ‘METHAMPHETAMINE’, the bond of love may be as strong as they wish it to be, but nothing or no one can resist the pummel of the desire for this drug. It has been the downfall of countless lives and continues to be. Most live in denial by lying and hence the tagline that ‘a lie takes away a life’ proves the affect of this drug. The people who get on on a course of this drug abuse are bound to cause downfall of families, of partners and most importantly, life itself. The message is strong, clear and very powerful. The Meth is the howl against any more loss of life due to ‘METHAMPHETAMINE’, especially students, and is an extraordinary way to launch the crusade, so that no student can fall victim to this drug. The book is thought provoking and well presented. I really enjoyed reading the book.
